THE CHALLENGE STARTS IN
November 16, 2026 · 6 p.m. EST
Now, listen… this is a different side of the beauty business.
You secure or control a commercial space, create multiple private suites, and rent them to independent beauty professionals.
They serve their clients. You operate the location and collect rent.
Think of it as becoming a landlord in the beauty industry—not adding more appointments to your calendar.

The stylist earns by doing the hair. The nail artist earns by doing the nails. The salon-suite operator earns rental revenue by providing the space where those businesses can work.
You don’t have to be the person performing every service to explore a business in this industry.
The opportunity is to provide the space—not personally do all the work inside every room.

Picture a hairstylist renting one room. A nail artist in another. A lash artist in the next.
Their clients, pricing and appointments belong to their businesses. Your work is attracting tenants, managing the property, collecting rent and keeping the location running.
If you’ve ever thought, “I want more control, but I can’t keep adding more to my calendar…” this is another business model worth understanding.
Maybe you want more room for family—or a next chapter that doesn’t require another long day behind the chair.
I’m not gonna sugarcoat it: rent collected is not all profit. There are property costs, utilities, maintenance and vacancies to plan for. You still have a business to run.
But the goal is different: build a business that doesn’t depend on you personally performing every beauty service.
You don’t have to figure out an entire empire today. Start by understanding what your first location would need: the funding, the space, the buildout and the people who could rent it.
That’s what we’re breaking down in the challenge.
Understand startup and buildout costs, the funding options to explore, and what to prepare before approaching lenders or potential partners.
Learn what to look for in a commercial space—from tenant demand and accessibility to lease, zoning and permit questions to investigate.
Understand suite layout, budgeting, and how to ask better questions when working with architects and contractors.
Learn how to attract independent beauty professionals, build interest before opening, and move prospective tenants from inquiry to tour.
Explore rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance and the numbers you need to understand before adding another location.
Listen… you don’t need to have it all figured out. You may just be ready to explore a different role in the beauty business.

Another appointment. Another long day. Another booth-rent payment.
You’ve built your skills—but your income still depends on the services you personally perform. Now you’re asking what comes after being behind the chair.
This challenge helps you understand the other side: operating a location with multiple private suites, where independent beauty professionals rent space and serve their own clients.

Maybe you’re a teacher, nurse or corporate professional. Maybe you’re a mom thinking seriously about the business you want to build.
You don’t have to be a hairstylist to learn this model. The beauty professionals run their own service businesses. Your role is to understand the space, the renters and the operations.
Start by learning how funding, location selection, buildout planning and tenant demand fit together—before making a big property decision.
Bring your questions about money, commercial spaces, construction and finding renters. Over five days, you’ll explore the sequence: fund, find, build, market and operate—so the next step is clearer than guessing alone.

Founder of Encore Salon Suites. Educator behind The Salon Suite Model.
Sway has generated $1.7M in revenue through salon-suite ownership. She teaches the business model she operates—not how to squeeze more clients into one rented room.
In this challenge, she’s breaking down how to find, fund, build and fill a multi-suite location, so you can understand the decisions before committing your money to a space.
Real business experience. A practical path to understand. A different role in the beauty industry.
November 16–20, 2026 · Five days live with Sway
Plus: iPad & cash giveaways planned.

Yes. This is designed for aspiring owners with little to no experience. You’ll learn the business model and the decisions involved in funding, finding, building, marketing and operating a location. Starting the actual business still takes due diligence, capital, time and execution.
You do not need to personally provide beauty services to explore this model. Owning the business and owning the real estate are different things: an operator may lease or buy a suitable commercial space. The right structure depends on the property, lease, local rules and professional advice.
That is a reason to understand the numbers before you commit. We’ll cover costs and potential capital paths to investigate. This is education, not a promise of approval, funding with bad credit, or a business with no money out of pocket. Eligibility and terms vary.
November 16–20, 2026, live on Zoom from 6–8 p.m. EST daily. VIP includes access to ask questions during the exclusive Q&A, scheduled for 6–7 p.m. EST within that window. Community access is included with both tickets. Plan to attend live.
No. These five days are designed to help you understand the model and plan your next steps, not complete a commercial buildout. Six Figure is the challenge name, not an income guarantee. Funding, timelines, occupancy, revenue and profit depend on your market and execution. Results vary.
No. Your General Admission ($297) or VIP ($497) ticket is for this five-day educational experience. If an additional implementation program is offered, it is optional and a separate purchase. You do not need to buy another program to participate in the challenge.
